Meet Cate Akwen, aka Cate_deGr8, Founder of Family Legacy Compass
Cate Akwen is the visionary behind Family Legacy Compass™, a coaching firm dedicated to guide African diaspora families build with clarity, emotional safety, and generational intention. As a trained Family Life Coach, Certified Relationship Coach, and The Versatile Womanhood Strategist™, she blends faith, cultural wisdom, and practical systems to transform how families think, communicate, and build.
Together, Cate and her team equip individuals, couples, and parents with the tools to create homes that run on clarity not chaos and legacies that outlive them.
Through her signature programs, Legacy Compass Blueprint™, and the others like Roots to Wholeness™, PreDivorce Vetting™, Navigating Single Parenthood™, and LegacyReady™ Premarital Course, Cate guides individuals and families in defining who they are, how they operate, and what they are passing down.
