A woman's character attributes contribute to both her personal and professional achievements. How many times have you told yourself, "This is who I am," or even heard a friend justify herself by reaffirming the very character that determines whether she rises or falls? If we want to perform exploits, we must constantly polish our character. Here are somethings to work on.
